Programming built on principles, not opinions.
At many gyms and training facilities, programming is dictated by individual coach preferences, experience, or philosophy—leading to inconsistent training approaches from one coach to the next.
Our coaching team collaborates to develop structured programs based on data, movement assessments, and coach feedback.
By combining our collective expertise, tracking performance metrics, and refining based on results, we ensure every athlete and client gets the best possible training plan.
You’re not just benefiting from the knowledge of the coach you train with that day—you’re getting the combined expertise of an entire team, working together to create a system that drives real results.
Our approach allows for individual adjustments while maintaining a structured, progressive plan that ensures steady improvement, injury prevention, and peak performance.

Why Nexus?
At Nexus, we do more than coach—we care. We invest in our clients, their goals, and their success. Your struggles, setbacks, and wins matter to us, because your progress is our priority.
We don’t believe in quick fixes or one-size-fits-all programs. We believe in real coaching, real progress, and a team that has your back every step of the way.
✔ Coaching That’s Built Around You – Your training isn’t just a program—it’s a strategic, evolving plan designed specifically for your goals, needs, and challenges.
✔ Coaches/Therapists Who Are Fully Invested in Your Success – We track, assess, and adjust. Progress isn’t about doing more—it’s about doing better. If something isn’t working, we change it. If you’re putting in the effort, we make sure it pays off.
✔ A Community That Supports & Challenges You – You’ll train alongside like-minded people who push you, celebrate your wins, and hold you to a higher standard. Because real progress isn’t just about showing up—it’s about showing up for yourself and your team.
✔ Results That Actually Last – We train for lifelong strength, resilience, and performance. Every small win builds into something bigger—because every step forward matters.
If you’re looking for a place that’s as committed to your success as you are—a facility that truly cares about your goals, challenges, and progress—this is where you belong.
Our core values at Nexus guide everything we do
Foundations First
Success starts with a strong foundation. Whether in training, rehabilitation, or performance, identifying limitations and addressing weaknesses creates the building blocks for long-term success. Skipping the fundamentals leads to short-term gains that don’t last—we build strength, resilience, and skill from the ground up.
A Balanced Approach
There’s no single metric that defines success—true performance is built on balance.
Strength without movement quality is limiting. Mobility without stability leads to injury. Speed without control is a recipe for disaster.
A well-rounded approach to strength, mobility, endurance, and recovery is the key to long-term performance, health, and injury prevention.
Sustainability Over Shortcuts
Quick fixes don’t last. Results without sustainable habits are fleeting. We don’t chase temporary solutions—we build lifelong strength, health, and performance. Our goal is to create real, lasting change by focusing on habits that support long-term success, not just quick results that fade away.
What We Do Promise:
👍🏻 Lifelong, Sustainable Results – If you show up, put in the work, and stay consistent, you’ll build strength, confidence, and resilience that lasts.
👍🏻 A Program That Evolves With You – We are constantly refining, adjusting, and improving your plan to meet your needs and keep you progressing.
👍🏻 Accountability & Support – We don’t just write programs and walk away. We coach, we check in, and we hold you to the standard you set for yourself.

What We Promise (And What We Don’t)
What We Don’t Promise:
🚫 Instant Results or Quick Transformations – Progress takes time. Real strength, performance, and body composition changes are built through consistency, not shortcuts.
🚫 A Perfect Plan from Day One – The best training plan is the one that evolves with you. We don’t believe in rigid, one-size-fits-all programs. Instead, we track, assess, and adapt to create the best approach for you.
🚫 An Easy Road – The work isn’t always fun or glamorous. Some days will be tough, but those are the days that push you forward.
No shortcuts. No false promises. Just a clear path forward, a team that’s invested in your success, and committed to help you reach your full potential.
Our Story
Founded in 2018 by Cody, a former Division 1 athlete, what began as 4 Corners Sports Performance was a response to widespread issues in the fitness industry. In youth sports, he saw the shift toward year-round competition and hyper-specialization at the expense of long-term athletic development, leading to rising injury rates and unrealized potential.
Meanwhile, adult fitness became dominated by trendy, one-size-fits-all approaches and quick fixes that ignored individual needs and long-term progress.
Amanda founded ConqHER Pelvic Health in 2020 after years of working within insurance-based physical therapy. She witnessed firsthand how insurance limitations forced providers to treat symptoms instead of addressing root causes. She knew pelvic health was about more than kegels—it required a whole-body approach.
Over time, we realized we were working toward the same mission. Whether coaching athletes in the gym or guiding women through pregnancy and postpartum recovery, our goal was the same—to build strong, resilient bodies that could move well for a lifetime.
By merging our expertise, we created something more complete. Cody’s strength and conditioning background gave Amanda’s pelvic health patients a clear path forward, bridging the gap between rehab and long-term strength. At the same time, Amanda’s expertise in core and pelvic floor function became integral to female athlete training at the gym, ensuring movement was not just powerful but well-supported.
And so, Nexus was born—a true hub where expert coaching, pelvic health, and lifelong strength come together to create lasting results.

Jax
Official Gym Buddy
Jax is the best gym buddy and may be roaming the gym during your workout. He’s always down for some belly scratches and he’ll cheer you on when workouts get tough. But most of the time, you’ll find him snuggling his favorite hedgehog and waiting until you need an excuse to catch your breath and give him some pets and scratches.
Toby
Official PT Buddy
When you arrive for physical therapy, you may be greeted by Toby when you walk through the doors. He’ll walk with you back to your treatment room and help re-assure you if you’re feeling a bit anxious. But after getting some pets, he’ll likely spend the rest of your treatment session snoozing in his bed.
